Our story begins with an intuition and continues thanks to the desire to never be satisfied. From the vision of Don Antonio Ulisse to the present day, the tenacious spirit of the company remains unchanged: a young winery that makes innovation its main driving force. Since 2006, we have been exploring the infinite possibilities that Abruzzo viticulture has to offer, combining a passion for the historical grape varieties of these lands with the need to evolve and experiment.

Grandfather Antonio starts vinification.
Tenuta Ulisse's mission was born: 'to transfer all the organoleptic sensations of the grapes bunch directly into the consumer's glass'.
Inspired by Ice wine, experimentation with cold technology on grapes begins.
Construction of the cellar begins, and the first winemaking starts.
With the 2006 vintage comes the first year of sales. A great success for the 36,000 bottles produced.
The number of bottles produced reaches 15,000,000.
