Deep and intense red, at times impenetrable. Deep and complex on the nose, it offers a bouquet of blackberry, plum and raspberry notes. It has a wonderful spicy and delicate scent of vanilla, cocoa and licorice. The drink is of great character, dynamic and silky in its tannic texture and snappy in its freshness, long in persistence.
pairings and temperature
It goes well with important and delicate white and red meat dishes with robust and spicy sauces. Excellent with savory, mature cheeses and game meat. Serving temperature: 18 °C
