organoleptic characteristics
Dark and dense color, at times impenetrable, that recalls ruby shades. Fruit, both in spirits and jam, alternates on the nose with more floral scents and hints of spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, with a sweet but never-cloying taste; the flavour is pleasantly fresh.
pairings and temperature
Excellent with blue cheeses, fruit and cream pies, dark chocolate, dry pastries or with cream. Serving temperature: 14-16°C
