organoleptic characteristics
Intense ruby red color with violet hues. Pleasant and persistent aroma with fruity notes of red berry fruit with hints of black cherry and blackberry. Full and round taste on the palate, full-bodied. The end stays very persistent and pleasant with sweet, velvety tannins. Full-bodied, soft, balanced, intense wine.

Excellent with game meats, braised dishes, red meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and chocolate. Serving temperature: 16/18°C.
