Ulisse Passerina


Denomination: Terre di Chieti IGP

An intense white that demands attention. It comes from an ancient white grape variety, whose name refers to the habit of sparrows to peck at its berries. A sip of suggestion and minerality, reflecting the purity of the winemaking process.

In steel vats with subsequent ageing in the bottle.
Pale straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The aromas are very intense with pleasant notes of peach, apricot and grapefruit. Floral hints of wisteria and lime with a distinctly mineral palate.
Excellent with fresh or stretched-curd cheeses. Serving temperature: 8/10°C
