Ruby red color with a slight purplish hue. The nose is dominated by notes of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, followed by delicate hints of rosehip. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and smooth, with a soft entry and a fruity aftertaste.
Fish appetizers, fish soup, blue fish, grilled meat, and white meats. Serving temperature: 16-18°C
